Students Write Division Stories

Student Written Blog Post

Kids have been working hard on these stories. If you are wondering what a division story is, well it is a story using division. We only had 2 weeks to finish. That is not a lot of time considering that we have to draft, final draft, editing and pictures! All by ourselves but it was still really fun.

Also some students chose to bring in magazine pictures.  We did picture prompt to get ready for division stories. Some students wrote their stories on a computer but mostly students wrote on paper. There were many different topics: some on dogs (because of Mr. Bruff taste for dogs which is bad he thinks dogs are the worst pets it’s horrible people did that to `to change his opinion). Ok let’s get back on topic now. We set a goals on a calendar each day was a different job to do on the stories, for example on Thursday the 22, we were putting on our final touches!
