My name is Will and I am the communication director and I’m going to tell you about how we are wrapping up social studies and starting up science!
We have learned about enslaved people and what is going on in their lives.
And now we are wrapping up social studies and starting science in science we are going to learn about the world and nature.
Social studies is important because it is our past.
For example the war the British vs minuteman. That is important because it is our history and it would’ve been different if the British won.
Another reason that social studies is important is because it helps us get to know the past and to understand it better.
Science is important because it helps you get to know the world better and to figure out things.
Another example of science is that it is important that you can test things and build things. That is important because you need to know how things are sturdy and how it is safe for people.
Another example of Science being important is learning about nature. It helps you explore and know what is going on in the world.
The Brufftopia Blog is back. After a 2 year hiatus, the communication director will be posting bi-weekly news updates for parents, students, and Brufftopian families. Be sure to check back here regularly for updates in the classroom.
