Brufftopians have added to the student bookcases. With smiles on their faces and glue on their hands, parents assisted with the class tradition.
How did the Students Glue Pictures to the Bookcase?
- We spread modge podge on the back of our pictures,
- Then spread modge podge on the bookcase,
- Finally we placed our pictures in an open area.
The Tradition
Students in room 30 are Brufftopians. Once we enter the classroom, students learn the importance of embracing a growth mindset. Students also learn the importance of working together towards a common goal. One of the ways the class comes together is placing their mark on the classroom, adding a picture to the class bookcase.
On the first Friday of the school year Brufftopians add their own pictures to the student bookcases. Check out the pictures below to see how the newest Brufftopians have begun to make their mark on the class.
Once a Brufftopian, always a Brufftopian. Students who have already made their mark on the classroom cannot be covered. Their accomplishments and spirit is still alive. Current students surround them and leave their own mark on the bookcases.
