Hello parents and guardians,
It was really nice meeting many of you this morning. Today was incredible, as many of you have already heard. This morning, the students were excited to start their day and spend some time getting to know me.
To start the day we spent time on classroom routines and expectations. Students spent time getting to know their classmates too. They completed a student scavenger hunt, we had “3 nosey minutes” looking around the classroom, and we had recess!
Fourth grade is a big year to give your child more responsibility. You should expect them to bring their planners home every day and begin working on their homework without your initiation.
