Strings schedule for the month of May. Please see the guest post below:
Hi everyone,
Here’s the schedule for the next couple of weeks:
5/5 – 8:30, Gr 5 lessons
No Gr 4 lessons at all on Friday (MCAS)
5/12 – No Gr 5 lessons (MCAS)
Gr 4 will meet at their regular times – lessons will be held in the cafeteria (and we will pluck so we don’t make as much sound). We will also need to pick up and deliver students to discourage hallway noise.
5/19 – This is our final lesson before the concert. As we did in the winter, we’re combined on a couple of pieces, so we’d like to overlap the lessons. The schedule that worked back in January was
9:00-9:45 ALL 4th grade string players
9:30-10:00 – All 5th grade strings
Unless I hear otherwise, this is the schedule we will use!
5/26 – 9 am concert for school
6/2 – 9 am concert for parents
6/9 – regularly scheduled lessons
As soon as we know what our last day of strings is, we’ll let you know if there are lessons on June 16. There DEFINITELY will NOT be lessons onJune 23
